The black one somehow disappeared during transportation, and I was offered a return or a white one. I choose to replace it with the white one. I didn't really got a new tracking number for a while, and I started worrying after reading several other user's reviews with undelivered items, but in the end I've got my vacuum cleaner in untouched condition. The vacuum cleaner is a unique, great helper! Communication with the seller is terrible, delivery is very slow. I placed the order on 03.12.2020 and arrived on 22.12.2020, and the listing says that the delivery is up to 1 week.

Seller puts listings for sale with no stock available, a week later asks for buyer cancellation specifically asking to use as reason "other". Then you have to chase a refund lower than the original value paid for. Complete waste of time and money.
